Inaka Home can offer you reasonably priced long term rentals in lovely Japanese homes located in Nagano, not far from Ueda. 

If you have stayed at Arisaka House, you know that we treat the houses we take on with the utmost care and respect, while ensuring that modern amenities are available to allow comfortable living.

Long term rental is good for you if you:

• Like to come nearly every weekend and leave your stuff on location.
• Write a book, article, paper or other work that requires a peaceful environment.
• Are an artist who likes a private environment to work and look to nature for inspiration.
• Are someone who can work away from the office and only occasionally needs to visit Tokyo.
• Would like your own private escape for weekends, without the trouble and upfront expense of buying a house.

How it works

To begin with please contact us and let's start figuring our your budget and ideas.  We will then either offer you a house that we already manage, or try to find a house that better suits your requirements.  Long term rental is for periods lasting at least one year, but in special cases we would also consider a half year rental request.

What you get

We will find you a nice place to live and ensure that moving in is smooth and easy. Utilities will be connected for you, and as an optional service, we can arrange regular house cleaning, delivery of food & drinks.
